Praia Grande is the southernmost municipality in the Brazilian state of Santa Catarina. Despite its name (which means Great Beach in Portuguese), the city is landlocked. But this is what makes it so enchanted.
The City is full of Lakes, Rivers, Canyons and is really laid back. We have a great time here filming and exploring the city. The city has a small town as well with a nice downtown and really nice friendly people.
The Journey from Curitiba took us about 8 hours to reach this place. The drive itself is amazing. We had driven before till Floripa so for us – the drive after Floripa was a new thing and quiet hilly and beautiful.
