As a result, labor exploitation has intensified, and refugee employees now have little bargaining power due to their legal status and survival needs. There is a greater need than ever for organizations to step in and not only assist refugee workers in workplace disputes, but to also actively participate in the development of workplace protection guidelines for refugee employees.
